Accomplished Technology, Cyber, and Change Lead with over 30 years of extensive experience in a wide range of sectors including , technology start-ups, public sector, secure defence, telecommunications, and finance, across Cyber Security, Data Protection, Information Assurance, Risk Management, Operating Model Design, and Business Strategic Delivery.

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), with a strong background in IA, secure service design, threat management, security architecture, and cloud transformation. Experience in leading security operations, architecture of SOC and SIEM solutions, as well as building global security operations, he brings practical experience in risk assessments, compliance and developing the controls to deliver a robust security posture. Cliff Kurn is a Risk, Governance and Compliance specialist, helping organisations across the UK, UAE, and the EU to improve assurance and maturity in posture and controls. This includes

• Managing risks related to safety, operational continuity, liability, and cybersecurity. Prioritising assessment and mitigation of risks in systems and human interactions, ensuring the highest standards of security and protection.

Kay Smith

Organisational Design and Change Lead Specialist

Kay Smith is a highly accomplished and versatile specialist with a wealth of experience in compensation and benefits , organisational change, operational and organisational design, and people change. Her background included successfully leading teams in multi-sector strategic and operational contexts, which lead her to develop a deep understanding of culture change, M&A, integration, business transformation, talent development, and engagement programs.

Throughout her career, Kay has delivered several successful change exercises, including leading a people work stream during a major post acquisition integration. She has also been the lead on multiple M&A projects, such as TUPE transfers, and establishing joint ventures with international firms. Some highlights of recent projects include;-

• Consolidating fragmented group risk benefits and delivering value for money across an organisation, to manage and mitigate organisational risks.
• Change Management: leading change exercises, M&A projects, and business transformations, to support organisations through challenging transitions.
• Operational and Organisational Design: Operating models and streamlining delivery processes, helping organisations optimise their capabilities and enhance performance.
• People Change: Leading and innovating in talent development, engagement programs, and diversity initiatives, including successful talent agendas, women in leadership networks, and supported LGBT networks.

Kay holds an MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster and is a Chartered Fellow Member of CIPD. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Mark Noble

Mark is a highly skilled and experienced practitioner, with over 20 years as an accomplished Delivery Lead. This experience has helped him excel at bridging the gap between service and delivery teams, and business leadership, ensuring that messaging and expectations are well managed throughout the organisation. Mark brings Risk, Compliance, Governance, and Assurance experience through his practical application of PRINCE2, Agile/SCRUM and ITIL to drive successful organisational change and improved delivery and operations. Mark's robust experience in programme management, operational responsibility, and delivery of strategic platforms demonstrates his proficiency across the domains. Mark has a proven track record of implementing best practices and aligning service operations with agile principles, ensuring the highest level of stability and availability in high-transaction environments. Some of his recent projects include

• Leading the transformation of a SaaS Professional Services organisation for a leading content processing and delivery provider, resulting in significant improvements in implementation times, operational issues, and profit margins.
