This policy outlines our approach to social value, demonstrating our dedication to ethical business practices and compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards. Our Social Value Policy Statement is founded on core values and responsible leadership principles, applying to all areas of our business, our employees, and all parties undertaking activity on our behalf. It follows the national TOMS (Themes, Outcomes and Measures) framework and integrates our Sustainability, Environmental, Wellbeing, and local commitments to meet our obligations under the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012.
RiskManage.io, as part of Viewdeck Engineering Ltd is dedicated to creating a sustainable, inclusive society by actively managing operations to optimise value for the communities in which we work. Social Value is intrinsic to our operations and is managed through a suite of interdependent policies. This policy applies to all employees, associates, secondees, agency staff, and third parties, as well as the goods and services we procure and the solutions we provide to our customers.

Social Value is managed through a framework that integrates our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy and our Sustainability and Environmental Policy.

This Social Value Policy is fully supported by the Board and has been agreed with employee representatives.
